Kettle-Cooked Baked Beans with Smoked Sausage
Sweet-and-savory baked beans with slices of succulent smoked sausage

Total Time: 4 hours
Makes: 8 servings (1 cup each)

Ingredients:
1 package (3 ounces) Eckrich® Ready Crisp Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
1 pound Eckrich Smoked Sausage, sliced diagonally
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 cans (31 ounces each) Van Camp's® Pork and Beans
1 can (6 ounces) Hunt's® Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Hunt's Ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions:
  1. Combine bacon, sausage, onion, beans, tomato paste, ketchup, sugar, and mustard in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours or on high setting for 2 to 3 hours. Stir before serving.
